Our Policy

Properties, which we have managed, range from small to large multi-unit complexes. Regardless of size, all properties are prioritized and obtain the same degree of personal attention.

We work with:

• Co-op/Condominium boards, including active participation in monthly board meetings and granting of our expertise in their decision makings.
• Tenants' association to resolve their concerns and coordinate residents' service programs.
• Community boards, to ensure adequate public services are provided to owners and residents.

World Class Management, Inc. is an associate member of those community boards where we manage properties. We stay abreast of community affairs and interact with government agencies.

Our policy is to maintain a clean, healthy and safe environment for our residents at all times. In an effort to keep our buildings clean we pay keen attention to the experience and recommendations of our maintenance staff. We carefully screen prospective residents in order to ensure that buildings we manage are crime free. Our management staff rigidly monitors the access of outsiders to our buildings by ensuring that sound locks are placed in all outside entrances to the buildings.

World Class Management, Inc. has demonstrated the ability to handle everything including management of the physical asset, marketing and leasing, rent management, cash flow problems, financial reporting and controls, as well as other related real estate concerns.
